For example, if you were to use caraway, you could use these following tables to help plan when you should work with its Mercury/Sulfur/Salt or when to imbibe it. You can refer to the list of plants to see their planetary attributes.

To read this next chart, you'll need to determine the length of daylight and nighttime hours, which differ slightly day to day. Determine when sunrise and sunset will be. For day hours, take the time between sunrise and sunset and divide by twelve. For night hours, take the time between sunset and sunrise and divide by twelve.
You can also use this chart for determining when you can imbibe your Stone.

New Moon to 1st Quarter: Productive of moisture; represents the seed to sprout, the inception of an action and its initial growth.
1st Quarter to Full Moon: Productive of heat; represents the sprout to the bloom.
Full Moon to Last Quarter: Productive of dryness; represents the bloom to its fruit; Full Moon is the beginning of the crystallization and later disintegration.
Last Quarter to New Moon: Productive of cold; represents the fruit to the seeds; action is now completed; dormancy or decomposition begins with the dissemination of the seeds.
